Vanda Early Learning Center is licensed for 160 children and they serve children ages birth through school age.  Vanda ELC has been in the present location, in East Lubbock,  since 1979.

Vanda ELC is a Texas Rising Star center with the top rating of Four Stars.  To become a Four Star vendor, the center must meet high quality standards in the areas of staff qualifications and training, program, curriculum, supplies and equipment, health and safety, and teacher/child interactions.
