Early Learning Centers will host an open house on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 9:30a.m. at 2509 Elm Street.

Mayor David Miller will read the Proclamation for Week of the Young Child, April 13-19, 2008.

Tours of the facility will begin after the Proclamation reading.  The public is encouraged to come see what ELC is all about and celebrate the children in our lives!
